Confirm the material and drawing explicitly. In a folding-carton description, double wall can refer to folded panel layers rather than two corrugated flute layers. Approve the specification and folded sample before comparing thickness, interior space or support with another package.

How do the doubled walls affect the insert footprint?
Design the insert from the fully erected usable interior after all wall layers and corners are folded. Trial insertion and product removal in the sample. An insert sized from the outer dimensions can bind, lift the base or stop the tuck top from closing.
