Terms of Service

The commercial ground rules for quotations, samples, production, and shipping—in plain language.

1. Quotations

Quotations are prepared in writing based on the agreed product, size, material, quantity, printing, and finishing requirements. Price validity and any conditions are stated in the quotation.

Prices are quoted per your selected Incoterm (EXW, FOB, CIF, or DDP). Any specification change after quoting may affect price and lead time, and will be re-confirmed in writing before production.

2. Orders & Payment

Order confirmation, payment method, deposit, and balance due dates are set out in the signed proforma invoice or contract.

Production timing is agreed after the required payment, artwork, specification, and sample approvals.

3. Samples & Approval

Pre-production samples are provided for your written approval before mass production. Mass production is executed against the approved sample and the written specification; either document may be referenced in the event of a quality dispute.

4. Intellectual Property

Your supplied artwork and trademarks remain yours. Ownership and usage rights for newly developed designs, dielines, molds, and tooling are agreed in writing before development. An NDA can be arranged before confidential files are shared.

You confirm that you hold the rights to all artwork and branding you supply.

5. Production, Shipping & Risk

The quotation and order agreement specify the shipping term, named place, required transport documents, and any additional documentation. Availability and costs are confirmed for the destination and selected service.

Lead times are confirmed per order in your quotation and may be affected by raw material availability and peak season capacity.

6. Claims & Remedies

Contact us promptly about a quality concern with the order reference, batch details, photos, and samples where available. Inspection procedures, claim periods, responsibilities, and any remedies are governed by the signed order agreement.

7. Governing Law

The signed contract sets out the applicable governing law and dispute resolution arrangements.
