Display Box (Pop Up) FAQ
Practical answers on choosing the structure, avoiding common problems, and confirming the right specification for your product.
How does the pop-up display convert at the store?
Agree on the exact fold, tear or lift sequence on the structural drawing and demonstrate it with a packed sample. Check that store staff can expose the products without damaging the header or leaving an unstable wall around the display.
Technical references
Will the display remain stable as products sell down?
Trial full, partly filled and nearly empty configurations on the intended counter or shelf. Product weight may initially mask an uneven base or weak header. Check access and tipping as front items are removed, rather than judging only a completely filled display.
Technical references
What information is needed to size the product lanes?
Provide each product's finished dimensions, orientation and intended count, including dimensional variation and labels. Arrange real items in the sample and practice removal. Leave enough access for a shopper without allowing products to lean across lanes or hide the next item's branding.
Technical references
Can one barcode identify both the display and each retail item?
Confirm the retailer's identification requirements for the display unit and individual sale units before artwork approval. Keep symbols associated with the correct unit and verify their visibility after conversion. Do not assume an outer display code replaces the product's own checkout identification.
