Hexagonal Box FAQ
Practical answers on choosing the structure, avoiding common problems, and confirming the right specification for your product.
How should a hexagonal box be measured?
State whether width is measured between opposite flat sides or opposite corners, and provide height and the intended internal outline. Include a drawing to remove ambiguity. Trial the product and insert in a sample rather than assuming one width measurement defines usable capacity.

How do we align the lid's six faces with the base?
Decide whether every rotational position is acceptable or whether the artwork requires one orientation. Approve that relationship on paired samples with the finished wrap. Consider a clear orientation cue if the customer needs to replace the lid with a particular face at the front.
Technical references
Can a hexagonal box reduce empty space around a round product?
Compare a sample with the actual product and fitted support before making that decision. Review clearances at the six corners and how easily the item lifts out. The polygonal outline alone does not establish better material use or shipping efficiency for your pack.

Where should a barcode be placed on a hexagonal pack?
Choose a sufficiently wide flat face and leave the required clear area outside corners, seams and decorative effects. Verify the symbol on the fully wrapped box. Avoid carrying a code across two faces merely because it fits on the flat artwork layout.
