What dimensions should we provide for a round rigid box?
Specify the usable internal diameter and height, then include the product's widest outline and any insert. Trial the lid and base with their finished wraps. A diameter taken from the outside of the box does not describe the actual space available inside.

How do we stop a product rotating inside a cylinder box?
Define which product face should appear when the lid opens, then trial a fitted support around the actual item. Check movement after handling and ease of removal. A round outer wall does not orient a rectangular bottle or prevent its corners rubbing the interior.

Where should the side-wrap seam be placed?
Decide the primary viewing direction and place the wrap join in relation to the logo, barcode and any repeated pattern. Review the finished cylindrical sample around its full circumference. Do not assume a flat artwork proof will show how the joint reads on a curve.

Can a round box sit horizontally in a retail display?
Trial the filled cylinder in that orientation and check rolling, lid retention and product movement. A cradle or other support may be needed for the intended display. Include that arrangement when assessing handling instead of relying on the appearance of the upright sample.
