Bliss Box FAQ
Practical answers on choosing the structure, avoiding common problems, and confirming the right specification for your product.
What is different about a Bliss box construction?
Ask for the body and separate end-panel drawing so the multi-piece assembly is clear. Confirm whether the box will be supplied erected or formed at your site. The joining process and end-panel alignment need approval before evaluating the finished package.

Will our standard case erector assemble a Bliss box?
Do not assume it will handle separate end panels and the required joints. Share the forming equipment's specifications and have the machine team review the blanks. Trial the complete setup, including adhesive placement and squareness, using the intended materials.
Technical references
Where should we inspect a Bliss box for joint problems?
Review the body-to-end-panel attachment areas and assembled corners on production-style samples. Look for incomplete contact, misalignment or product interference during filling. Assess the filled package after the joints have been formed by the actual process, rather than inspecting loose blanks alone.

How do we specify the ends for a demanding product?
Describe concentrated loads, sharp contact points and the planned orientation, then review the end-panel and internal support arrangement. Compare filled samples for local distortion and movement. A multi-piece construction offers design choices, but the style name does not supply a load rating.
