When is an RSC the right shipping-box starting point?
Consider an RSC when you want a familiar four-flap shipper that closes along a central seam. Provide packed dimensions, weight and your sealing method; the final board and interior protection still need to suit the product and its handling route.

How do we stop the central flaps from leaving a poor seal?
Check the erected box for squareness and confirm that the intended outer flaps meet correctly before evaluating tape. Trial your actual dispenser on filled samples. Overfilling, underfilling or distorted erection can make a nominally suitable central seam difficult to close consistently.

Do RSC dimensions include cushioning?
Specify the required internal space for the complete packed arrangement, including dividers, bags and cushioning. Send a packing diagram rather than only bare product measurements. Compare a filled sample with the drawing to catch interference around the flap folds and upper product corners.

Can one RSC specification cover several product weights?
Only after reviewing the heaviest arrangement, how each product supports or loads the base, and the distribution channel. Trial the proposed variants as packed. A lighter item with fragile corners may need different protection from a heavier but more robust item.
