Stick Pack FAQ
Practical answers on choosing the structure, avoiding common problems, and confirming the right specification for your product.
What roll specifications does a multi-lane stick line need?
Provide total web width, lane layout, print repeat, unwind direction, core and roll limits, plus registration-mark requirements. Identify the seal style and cutting position for each lane. A narrow finished stick dimension does not by itself define a machine-ready roll.

How do we evaluate seals for a dusty powder?
Send the real powder with its flow and dust behavior and describe the intended filling process. Trial the sealant structure on the actual line, looking at product trapped in the seal and variation across lanes. Do not assume a clean laboratory seal predicts filled production.
Technical references
Can the stick be easy to tear without leaking in transit?
Specify the intended opening edge and user experience, then review opening trials alongside seal and packed testing. The tear feature must work with the film structure and fill. Avoid weakening a seal margin simply to make an early hand sample easier to open.

How is the barrier requirement set for a small dose?
Provide the formulation, dose, intended storage and quality targets, including sensitivity to moisture or oxygen. Request a structure proposal and product stability evaluation. A single-serve size does not establish protection, and acceptable shelf life should not be inferred from a generic film description.
