Colored Poly Mailer FAQ
Practical answers on choosing the structure, avoiding common problems, and confirming the right specification for your product.
Will a colored mailer fully conceal the contents?
Color and opacity are separate acceptance points. Put the actual product inside a sample and inspect under relevant lighting, including stretched areas around corners. Specify the concealment required and approve the film construction rather than assuming a dark shade makes every parcel opaque.

How should brand color be approved on a flexible bag?
Review a physical printed sample of the proposed colored film and inks. Check large solids, folds and areas stretched over the packed item. Provide a brand reference and identify critical colors so the acceptance decision reflects the finished parcel instead of screen appearance.
Technical references
Will labels adhere to the colored outer surface?
Send the actual mailer film and finish to your label supplier and test the selected adhesive. Apply labels to filled parcels, then inspect lifting and wrinkling after dwell and handling. Surface treatment and printing can matter even when the bag color remains unchanged.

Can a pigment change affect disposal instructions?
Ask for the final film construction, colorant and printed coverage to be included in the recycling assessment. Keep the destination collection route explicit. Reuse a previous disposal statement only when the changed colored pack remains within its documented assessment scope.
