Will the bubble lining protect a small breakable item?
Bubble cushioning can add impact protection, but suitability depends on the item, fit and route. Send the product weight and fragile points, then test the filled mailer. Avoid assuming that a padded envelope protects exposed corners or heavy concentrated loads without additional restraint.
How do we measure usable size inside a bubble mailer?
Use the internal space after the lining and seams are taken into account. Trial the actual item with any inner wrap and paperwork. Check mouth access and flap overlap; an exterior dimension can look sufficient while the lined opening remains too tight.

What can cause damage despite intact outer film?
The contents may move, strike an unsupported edge or concentrate force on a small area inside the lining. Inspect the product after packed testing, not only the envelope. Share failure photos and contact points so cushioning placement and package fit can be reconsidered.
