Honeycomb Paper Wrap

Measure consumption in its expanded condition around the actual product. Include overlap, ends and any interleaf in the packing trial. Record a repeatable wrapping method because roll length alone does not describe the amount of protected surface achieved by the operator.

Supply the final product surface and inspect for scuffing after wrapping, movement and unwrapping. Review whether a separate soft interleaf is needed. Include that layer in the approved pack because surface protection and space requirements change when the wrapping construction changes.

Review the full group of wrapped items in the selected outer box. Check ends, exposed corners and movement between neighboring pieces after a route-appropriate test. Wrapping one item successfully does not establish the performance of a mixed or loosely packed shipment.

Provide item shapes, sizes, weights, daily packing sequence and available bench space. Specify roll or sheet supply and how operators dispense and expand the material. Compare coverage consistency, end protection and loading time with actual packers before fixing the specification.
