Does this perfume bottle require crimping equipment?
Confirm whether the selected neck is crimp-on or threaded from its drawing. A crimp finish requires the appropriate pump and application tooling, so involve the fragrance filler early. Do not select a decorative cap before the pump mounting dimensions and assembly process are agreed.

How do I prevent leakage around a fragrance atomizer?
Specify the actual neck, pump, gasket, and crimp tooling together, then trial the final fragrance blend. Ask the filler to establish assembly controls and evaluate leakage after aging and handling. A tight-looking decorative collar does not prove the seal beneath it is acceptable.
Can a large decorative cap affect the bottle specification?
Include the cap in the assembled drawing and sample review, checking removal feel, seating, and clearance around the sprayer. Test the complete pack for stability and movement within its insert. The decorative cap should be evaluated without transferring unwanted force to the pump assembly.
What do you need to approve a new perfume bottle shape?
Supply target fill, outer dimensions, preferred pump system, and artwork requirements. Evaluate a drawing and assembled sample with your filler and decorator before final approval. Review the usable print area and final packing around any thick base or projecting decorative details.
