Which adhesive should we request for printed poly tape?
Specify carton surface, sealing temperature, storage conditions and whether application is manual or automated. Film tapes can use different adhesive systems, so approve the selected construction on your actual cartons. A thickness description or printed logo does not establish sealing performance.

Why can printed tape lift from a recycled carton?
Review the board surface, dust, application pressure and sealing conditions with the chosen adhesive supplier. Test the final tape on production cartons rather than a smooth reference panel. Inspect lifted edges and the carton seam after realistic storage and handling.

How should a repeating logo be laid out on tape?
Plan the repeat against typical carton widths and the length applied over the seam. Mock up a sealed carton to check logo orientation and which part of the repeat falls on its ends. Keep critical instructions off positions that may be cut unpredictably.

Will custom poly tape run in our current dispenser?
Confirm roll width, length, core, unwind direction and the dispenser's permitted configuration. Trial the printed construction on the actual equipment, checking tracking, cutting and consistent contact across the seam.
