Wine Bag (Multi Bottle) FAQ
Practical answers on choosing the structure, avoiding common problems, and confirming the right specification for your product.
How should dividers fit several bottle shapes?
Send every bottle size, filled weight and intended combination. Review cell dimensions and divider height in a fully loaded bag so bottles remain separated during carrying. A layout approved for matching bottles may not suit a mixed purchase with different diameters or shoulders.
Technical references
Does total weight tell us enough about carrying performance?
Also consider bottle arrangement, base footprint and how the load reaches the handles. Test the heaviest intended combination and inspect the base, dividers and attachment zones. The same total weight can create different stress when one bottle sits against a corner or divider.
Can one multi-bottle bag carry fewer bottles safely?
Trial the partially filled configurations you expect customers to use. Check tipping, divider collapse and bottle movement during lifting and handover. Record the approved combinations or packing instructions so a carrier designed for a full set is not assumed stable with an uneven load.
What must be tested for shipping or chilled retail use?
Specify those uses separately. Condensation requires material and attachment review, while parcel delivery needs a complete protective pack assessment with filled bottles. A retail carrier that passes a carrying trial does not by itself establish glass protection through a distribution network.
