Laminated Non Woven Bag FAQ
Practical answers on choosing the structure, avoiding common problems, and confirming the right specification for your product.
What is laminated onto the nonwoven bag?
Request the nonwoven substrate, laminate material, print arrangement and sewn construction details. Review the final combined sample rather than separate swatches. The laminate changes appearance and surface behavior, but it does not by itself establish the carrying performance or disposal route of the bag.

Can the laminate separate at folded or stitched areas?
Inspect gussets, seam allowances and handle roots after realistic folding, loading and reuse. Use production-equivalent sewn samples so needle penetrations and overlaps are included. If lifting or cracking appears, review the full construction instead of accepting the flat printed surface as sufficient approval.
Technical references
How should we test a large laminated shopper?
Provide the actual purchase mix, maximum load and desired reuse pattern. Check the sewn base, corners and handle attachments during repeated carrying, and inspect printed faces for abrasion. Record the load arrangement because bulky boxes can stress a bag differently from soft contents.

What claims can we make about the finished bag?
Document the substrate, laminate, thread, handles and decoration before considering recycled-content or recycling wording. Request evidence matching the proposed order. A laminated nonwoven appearance does not substantiate a percentage claim or show that the entire sewn bag is accepted by a particular recycling system.
