Flask Bottle FAQ
Practical answers on choosing the structure, avoiding common problems, and confirming the right specification for your product.
What should I specify for a flat flask bottle?
Provide the required thickness, width, height, working fill, and closure envelope. Trial the filled bottle in its intended pocket, pouch, or retail insert. The flask profile should be assessed with the cap installed, since a flat body does not define the assembled pack's fit.
Does the flask shape establish suitability for alcoholic liquids?
No. Give the supplier the liquid composition, concentration, intended storage, and filling conditions for a resin and closure review. Run filled-pack compatibility and leakage trials. A familiar flask appearance does not establish a particular plastic grade or suitability for that formulation.
How should I evaluate the broad flat panels after filling?
Inspect filled samples through the planned storage conditions, checking panel shape, label appearance, and closure fit. Discuss acceptance limits with your technical team before approving a wall specification. Empty samples do not represent the complete interaction between the selected resin, formula, and package geometry.
Can branding cover the entire front of the flask?
Request a decoration template that identifies the flat area and curved transitions into the sides and shoulder. Approve a physical decorated bottle with the final cap. Compare label and direct-print options if the desired artwork extends beyond the confirmed usable front panel.
